At Pawfy, we want you and your wardrobe to be perfectly matched. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
